Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to create a pool of pre-qualified talent.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions and pipeline progress.
- Create engaging job postings and employer branding content to attract top talent.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess pipeline effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging candidates for various positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using ATS, CRM tools, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Philippine job market and recruitment landscape is a plus.
