Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments and gathering feedback to improve programs.
- Participate in recruitment activities, such as screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and team-building events.
- Prepare reports and analytics on training effectiveness and HR metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is advantageous.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for learning and development with a keen interest in HR practices.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Badung, Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for the duration of the internship.
