Responsibility
- Lead HR strategy development and execution, with a focus on healthcare talent acquisition and retention.
- Oversee recruitment processes for nursing and clinical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development programs.
- Drive workforce planning and succession strategies for critical healthcare roles.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and diversity programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in healthcare or nursing HR, with a strong network in the industry.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
