Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth administrative processes and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and company policies to mitigate operational risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, licenses, permits, and other legal documents required for business operations.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a productive workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, or facility management is highly desirable.
