Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent retention, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead general affairs functions, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in general affairs or office administration, including vendor and facility management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
