Responsibility
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various roles.
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
- Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a top employer.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
