Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and office supply management.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
