Responsibility
- Manage full 360 recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels and platforms
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and talent pools
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for placements, client acquisition, and revenue
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and generate reports as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment (360 experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong sales and business development skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of Bali's job market and international recruitment trends is a plus
- Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships and exceeding targets
- Entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered for training programs
