Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top IT professionals for client organizations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to ensure candidate alignment with client needs, culture, and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements, refine role descriptions, and streamline hiring processes.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
- Negotiate and present competitive compensation packages to secure top talent while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in IT recruitment, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences through clear communication and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in IT, tech, or executive search.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s professional landscape (preferred but not required).
