Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and assist in career development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the property or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or training is a plus.
