Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation in collaboration with finance and external providers.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support workforce planning by analyzing staffing needs and recommending strategic hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in property management, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
