Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation in collaboration with finance and external providers.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support workforce planning by analyzing staffing needs and recommending strategic hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in property management, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
