Responsibility
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
- Lead internal communications strategies, including newsletters, town halls, and digital platforms to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Design and implement onboarding processes that integrate new hires into the company culture and set them up for success.
- Partner with department heads to identify training and development needs and coordinate L&D initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback (e.g., surveys, exit interviews) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a welcoming and equitable workplace.
- Oversee HR compliance with local labor laws and company policies, ensuring ethical and legal standards are met.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven track record in employee engagement, internal communications, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven HR analytics.
- Passion for culture-building, DEI, and talent development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
