Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career progression plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align them with organizational needs.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR analytics tools is a plus.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Passion for wildlife conservation, education, or theme park operations is a strong advantage.
