Responsibility
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and improve workplace conditions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
