Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different departments.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Officer, Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
