Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates for various roles across industries.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics to provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, ATS) to optimize sourcing and engagement efforts.
  • Participate in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to expand your professional network.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in competitive roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
