Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring workflow.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit for open roles.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively engaging with passive candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals. Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
