Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales and HR roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets with uncapped commission potential
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand hiring needs and business goals
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM system
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance recruitment skills
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM tools)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
