Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for Australian and global IT markets.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced techniques and tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence in tech recruitment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring needs with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international hiring regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Australian or global markets.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT managers).
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
