Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail cosmetics teams across Bali.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high participation and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align training programs with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in retail cosmetics.
- Mentor and coach retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, retail management, or cosmetics industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail cosmetics products, trends, and sales techniques.
- Ability to travel across Bali as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software tools.
