Responsibility
- Design and implement engaging, play-based lesson plans that integrate Mandarin language and cultural elements.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Incorporate global perspectives and intercultural learning into daily activities.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing personalized feedback to parents and guardians.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching preschool or early childhood education.
- Passion for intercultural education and child-centered learning approaches.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Certification in early childhood education or TEFL/TESOL is a plus.
