Responsibility
- Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of the Pilot Wave (Telco) team.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor and coach trainers and team leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the BPO or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze training data and provide actionable insights.
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
