Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and design solutions to address gaps.
- Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies and practices support business objectives and compliance.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy, talent management, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the aviation or a related industry is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
