Responsibility
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Conduct initial research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, administration, or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bali for the duration of the internship.
