Responsibility

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance Intrinseque Health’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
  • Passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven organization.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
