Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance Intrinseque Healthâs reputation as an employer of choice.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven organization.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
