Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across designated areas in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for assigned roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored talent solutions.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes, including orientation, training, and documentation for new hires.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of placed candidates to ensure long-term success and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand talent networks.
- Stay updated on labor laws, industry trends, and best practices in recruitment to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a coordinator or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing staffing challenges.
