Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules using modern instructional techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to create career development paths and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other digital learning platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure innovative and relevant programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting knowledge-sharing and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM, or similar) is a plus.
