Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar candidates for Australian employers across industries such as construction, logistics, and manufacturing.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Australian market.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and immigration policies affecting blue-collar recruitment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on blue-collar roles or the Australian market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
