Responsibility
- Compile and verify time and attendance data from employees across departments to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
- Process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and local labor laws, ensuring timely and error-free disbursement.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other statutory benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to reflect changes in compensation, benefits, and personal details.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax filings, and other HR-related documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of compensation and benefits policies to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support to employees by addressing payroll and benefits-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; experience with SAP, BambooHR, or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits in Indonesia.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
