Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end training arrangements, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and compliance with aviation regulations.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation in alignment with industry standards and company policies.
- Liaise with external training providers, aviation authorities, and internal departments to ensure training programs meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and compliance for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and employee file management.
- Assist in the organization of company-wide events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, training coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of aviation training regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
