Responsibility
- Develop and execute organizational development strategies aligned with business goals to enhance efficiency, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement HR systems, policies, and governance frameworks to support scalability and compliance.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes across the organization.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in structure, culture, and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term sustainability plans, including talent development and succession planning.
- Oversee employee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions using data-driven metrics and KPIs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing HR systems, governance models, and organizational frameworks.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading large-scale transformations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making to measure the impact of OD initiatives.
- Experience working in non-profit, international, or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
