Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and place high-caliber candidates for clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, evaluations, and reference checks to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and long-term goals, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate job offers and contracts, ensuring competitive and fair terms for both candidates and employers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities, candidate progress, and placement metrics.
- Represent Elitez Group at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand our professional network.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and ethical hiring standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
