Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation sessions and exit interviews.
  • Support the HR team in organizing training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with agencies and employees.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
