Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Process payroll-related documentation and liaise with finance teams for benefits disbursement.
  • Provide support for performance management and employee relations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
