Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for new hires.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Process payroll-related documentation and liaise with finance teams for benefits disbursement.
- Provide support for performance management and employee relations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
