Responsibility
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in organizing company events and initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
