Responsibility
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Design and manage performance management systems, including regular reviews and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Handle HR-related documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
