Responsibility

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including childbirth support, condolence assistance, and wedding benefits.
  • Process and manage employee medical claims and insurance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Provide support for HR-related inquiries and resolve employee issues promptly.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in Indonesia.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
