Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance employee competency and compliance.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all training activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with external training providers and industry experts to enhance program quality.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certifications.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to foster continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
