Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate administrative functions, including office management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
  • Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and align competencies with business needs.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
