Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of trainers to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare-specific curriculum.
- Analyze performance data and quality metrics to identify training gaps and implement targeted coaching interventions.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to ensure training programs align with client requirements and HIPAA compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, nesting, and continuous education programs.
- Develop and refine training materials, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and reflective of the latest healthcare industry standards.
- Report on training effectiveness and ROI to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for operational improvement.
- Foster a culture of professional growth and performance excellence within the training department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a Training or Learning & Development department (Healthcare BPO experience is a strong advantage).
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, healthcare compliance, and BPO operations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into effective training solutions.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or SAM).
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team building, performance management, and conflict resolution.
