You will actively collaborate with Human Resources and safety officers to design proactive wellness programs, manage occupational health records, and ensure strict compliance with local health regulations. Responsibility
- Administer prompt first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees as required.
- Manage and maintain the company clinic, ensuring standard medical supplies, equipment, and medicines are fully stocked and compliant.
- Coordinate and oversee annual physical examinations (APE) and pre-employment medical check-ups.
- Implement proactive health and wellness initiatives, campaigns, and educational webinars for employees.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive electronic health and medical records of all personnel.
- Assist the HR and Safety Committee in analyzing workplace health trends and ensuring DOLE OSH compliance.
- Facilitate the processing of health-related benefits such as HMO enrollment, Sickness Notifications, and medical leave validations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid and active PRC license.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an occupational health or corporate clinic environment.
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training certification is highly advantageous but not required.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle employee consultations and medical situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain meticulous and confidential records.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
