Responsibility
- Provide professional medication counseling and clinical advice to patients to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintenance of pharmacy standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy assistants to ensure high-quality service delivery and team development.
- Drive pharmacy sales and promotional targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local pharmacy regulations, health policies, and safety protocols.
- Manage prescription processing and verify accuracy to prevent medication errors.
- Maintain excellent records and documentation in accordance with legal and internal company requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Possess a valid Type A License from the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBOM).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a passion for community healthcare.
- Ability to adapt to different locations (Bera, Karak, Kemayan) as required by operational needs.
