Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales and product training programs tailored for the bedding and furniture market.
- Conduct regular skill-gap analyses across retail outlets and corporate sales teams to design targeted training interventions.
- Onboard new sales personnel, ensuring they possess a deep understanding of product specifications, ergonomics, and brand heritage.
- Establish clear performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and retail sales techniques.
- Collaborate with retail managers and marketing teams to align training materials with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and constructive feedback to sales staff to improve customer engagement and closing rates.
- Maintain and update all training manuals, digital learning portals, and multimedia training assets.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional training and development experience, with a focus on sales or retail training.
- Prior sales or training experience in the furniture, bedding, or home furnishings industry is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong coaching capability with a proven track record of improving sales performance and conversion rates.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
