Responsibility
- Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive training modules tailored to employee roles, career paths, and organizational needs.
- Competency Framework Management: Build and maintain competency models to assess and enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct regular training needs assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
- Program Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and L&D teams to align development programs with business goals and employee aspirations.
- Talent Development Strategy: Contribute to long-term workforce planning by forecasting future skill requirements and designing succession plans.
- Digital Learning Integration: Leverage e-learning platforms and modern tools to deliver scalable, engaging training solutions.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all programs adhere to labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree: In Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR Development, Training, or Talent Management, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, assess training effectiveness, and derive actionable insights.
- Program Design Expertise: Experience in developing competency frameworks, curricula, and assessment tools.
- Communication & Facilitation: Excellent verbal and written skills in English; ability to engage diverse audiences through training sessions and workshops.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems), HRIS, and data analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, or Moodle).
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Cultural Adaptability: Experience working in multicultural settings, with a deep understanding of local and global HR trends.
