Responsibility
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior management, providing strategic HR insights and solutions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates for key roles.
- Manage employee engagement programs, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies and best practices.
- Support organizational development by identifying training needs and coordinating L&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the retail, luxury, or MNC environment.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP or Workday is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
