Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with company goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules for employees at all levels, including leadership development.
- Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific training pathways and career progression frameworks.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as needed.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid integration into the company culture.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in learning & development, incorporating innovative methodologies and technologies.
- Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships to optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, talent development, or a similar HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs in corporate or multicultural environments.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training techniques (e.g., blended learning, microlearning).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle, Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable training strategies.
- Certifications such as ATD (Association for Talent Development), SHRM, or CIPD are highly advantageous.
