Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate logistics for L&D initiatives, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive introduction to company policies and culture.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee development progress.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend tailored development solutions.
- Assist in the creation of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content.
- Facilitate communication between employees and L&D stakeholders to address development needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build rapport with employees at all levels.
