Responsibility

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements in compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and align their growth with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local platforms).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
