Responsibility
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and align their growth with company objectives.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local platforms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to conflict resolution and process improvement.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
