Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate employee relations activities, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compensation and statutory compliance.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs, such as team-building activities, recognition initiatives, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity while generating reports for management review.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and feedback sessions, supporting managers in goal-setting and employee development plans.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, labor regulations, and industry standards to provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in an HR Executive or Generalist role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptive approach to managing HR challenges.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
