Responsibility
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with e-learning platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning and development, with a keen interest in HR and recruitment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or HR is advantageous but not required.
